FAMiliarization Trips (FAMs) & Conferences

Voluntary reunion planners and their guests have the opportunity to enjoy a FAMiliarization Tour of scheduled selected locations for only a $40 planner registration fee. Each planner may bring a guest, sharing the hotel room, at $35. This registration fee includes the hotel room for three nights, meals, tours, attractions, admission fees and local transportation. If a Conference is included (ConFAM), instruction and instructional materials are also included. Specifically, not included are alcoholic beverages, souvenirs and gifts, unless freely given by a sponsor or supplier. Each person is responsible for transportation to and from the FAM site.
To qualify, each participant must certify that he/she is a bona fide volunteer reunion planner and is required to complete a profile of the his/her group. The Host CVB, the Host Hotel and TRN each have the right to accept or reject any potential participant without cause. Participants who do not attend the ConFAM events will be charged for rooms and other services.
The Conferences & Exhibitor Marketplaces are held on the first two days listed for each ConFAM.
